Came round for an emergency job, Colin was here at the time promised. Diagnosed the problem within minuets, stripped the boiler down, had the spare part needed already in the van. So no waiting around. It was fitted, cleaned up and working again, in no time. He explained very clearly and simpley what had caused the problem, showed me the broken part. And besides leaving with a wet bum from the leak, was plesant and professional. Could not fault his work or professionalism, if you are looking for a good, honest, reliable Gas man that ypu can trust. Colin at Aquaflame is the guy for you. 5 out of 5. I rang Aquaflame following the breakdown of our Ideal boiler which had been having troubles for a few weeks.  Having already decided to replace it with a Worcester Bosch boiler we looked at their website to find a local approved installer who could come to our aid straight away.  Aquaflame’s website looked good and we were very encouraged when Colin Daniels answered the phone and immediately agreed to help.

Couldn’t recommend Colin and his colleague Mick highly enough.  We had our boiler replaced but also moved from downstairs up into the airing cupboard which involved a lot of work.  We also had 4 new radiators and a system clean, which took 4 days.  The work was carried out to a very high standard, all on time and extremely neat and tidy.  The initial quote and subsequent paperwork was all very professional.  The operation of the boiler was also explained really well.  Highly recommended.
